The background is very loosely based on West Lake in Hangzhou. I went there last summer and it was so pretty! Gotta see more of China sometime. It's chilly here in Tokyo so for me it's a summer picture, but if it's hot where you live, you can pretend the lights are snow! Or whatever else you can imagine based on the cheesy title, haha.
